Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Jackson, MS)

Westbrook Cobalt Early Learning Group operates neighbourhood childcare around Jackson. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 126 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of enrolment and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
