Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Jackson, MS)

Lumen Orchard Energy is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. The job centres on budgeting and forecasting for service connections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of service connections and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with meter readings.
