Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Jackson, MS)

Northwind Glen Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Jackson, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 177 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of allergen controls and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
