Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Haven Learning Group and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of attendance records and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
