Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Bright Water Authority and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of treatment plant data and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
