Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Fort Worth, TX)

Westbrook Mill Civic Services supports public agencies in Fort Worth with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of public records and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with case files. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
