Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (El Paso, TX)

Fernwood Oak Banking Services is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. The job centres on budgeting and forecasting for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Model the cost of loan files and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • A relevant degree or certification.
