Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (El Paso, TX)

Clearpath Sable Water Authority Partners supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for El Paso and nearby communities, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of billing accounts and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
