Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (El Paso, TX)

Nova Juniper Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around El Paso. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of fare systems and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • A relevant degree or certification.
