Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Beacon Markets and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 352 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with pricing.
