Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Summit Haven Insurance and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with customer complaints.
