Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Summit Insurance and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of policy renewals and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
