Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Cleveland, OH)

Bright Pike Learning Group is an education provider in Cleveland serving students and families. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. Families are partners. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of family communication and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
