Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Cleveland, OH)

Fernwood Field Markets serves neighbourhoods around Cleveland with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 123 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Model the cost of promotions and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with online orders. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
