Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Cleveland, OH)

Cedar Ember Financial Group is a financial-services company in Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of payment disputes and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
