Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Cleveland, OH)

Redstone Cedar Civic Services supports public agencies in Cleveland with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 198 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of public records and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
