Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Cincinnati, OH)

Stonegate North Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Cincinnati area, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 278 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Model the cost of enrolment and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
