Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Chicago, IL)

Westbrook Pine Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Chicago and nearby communities, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of meter reading and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • A relevant degree or certification.
