Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Charlotte, NC)

Greenridge Pike Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Charlotte area. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 275 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of attendance records and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
