Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Charlotte, NC)

Nova Pine Financial Group is a financial-services company in Charlotte. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of loan applications and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports. • A relevant degree or certification.
