Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Boise, ID)

Bright Kestrel Learning Group is an education provider in Boise serving students and families, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of learning materials and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
