Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Wilder Insurance Partners and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of customer complaints and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
