Senior Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Austin, TX)

Greenridge Keystone Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Austin. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Model the cost of ridership counts and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
