Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (Wichita, KS)

Silverline Kestrel Insurance Partners sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Wichita. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 142 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of claims and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with premium billing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
