Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak River Financial Group and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of payment disputes and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
