Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Cedar Summit Early Learning and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of family communication and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
