Silverline Timber Insurance is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. The job centres on board reporting for underwriting files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Model the cost of underwriting files and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • A relevant degree or certification.
