Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (Rochester, NY)

Northwind Sable Manufacturing Partners makes precision components in Rochester. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of customer orders and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
