Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (Rochester, NY)

Clearpath Oak Civic Services supports public agencies in Rochester with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
