Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (Rochester, NY)

Bluepeak Yarrow Civic Services is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. The job centres on board reporting for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of permits and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
