Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Northwind River Financial Group and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of vendor spend and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
