Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (Richmond, VA)

Northwind Vista Manufacturing is a Richmond manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 148 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of tooling and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
