Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Nova Sable Insurance is an insurance company in Rochester with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Model the cost of catastrophe response and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
