Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Ironwood Mill Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the San Antonio area. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
