Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Iron Early Learning and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of enrolment and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
