Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Harborlight Drift Legal Group is a Anchorage practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with billing records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
