Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Highbridge Basin Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Boise, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of hardship programmes and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
