Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Kestrel Early Learning and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
