Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Silverline Pine Manufacturing makes precision components in Boise, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of production lines and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
