Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Redstone Hollow Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Orlando design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of fare systems and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
