Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Cedar Loom Insurance is an insurance company in Cleveland with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of claims and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with premium billing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
