Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Cedar Maple Manufacturing makes precision components in Indianapolis, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Model the cost of tooling and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
