Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Cedar Corner Early Learning runs childcare centres in Fort Worth caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Model the cost of family communication and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • A relevant degree or certification.
