Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Highbridge Glen Banking Services is a regional lender in Grand Rapids with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Model the cost of fraud alerts and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
