Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Cobalt Learning Group and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 816 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of enrolment and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
