Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Timber Insurance and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of customer complaints and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
