Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Bright Loom Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Louisville. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of attendance records and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
