Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Ironwood Sable Water Authority Group is a public water utility serving the Jackson area, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 507 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Model the cost of meter reading and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with capital projects. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
