Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Redstone Harbor Foods produces packaged foods at its Des Moines plant, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 429 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
