Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Nova Yarrow Civic Services works with county and city offices around Las Vegas. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of permits and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
